2. Products & Services

Summit Blox provides a marketplace for digital game collectibles, specifically units and items for Steal a Brainrot on Roblox. All items listed are digital goods and are delivered through our secure middleman process via Discord.

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Order Fulfillment

After completing your purchase, you must open a support ticket in our Discord server to receive your items. Our team will coordinate the delivery using verified middleman protocols. Delivery times may vary depending on staff availability.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Summit Blox does not store your credit card or payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Account & Access

Access to the Summit Blox store may require a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials shared with you. Do not share store access passwords publicly.

7. Item Authenticity

We verify all items in our inventory for authenticity. Every unit is checked to ensure it is not duplicated and that production stats match the listing. However, we are not responsible for any changes made by Roblox or game developers that may affect item functionality after delivery.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse our checkout system
• Use automated tools or bots to make purchases
• Resell access credentials to the store
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

9. Limitation of Liability

Summit Blox is not liable for any losses arising from game updates, account bans, or actions taken by Roblox or game developers. Our responsibility is limited to the delivery of the purchased items as described at the time of sale.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
